Litigation

The Law Office of Stephen L. Brischetto accepts both contingent fee and hourly cases for legal representation in trials and appeals in court. We also represent employees before administrative agencies. The decision whether to accept a case and on what fee structure to offer depends on the individual circumstances in your case and is made on a case by case basis. When representation is agreed upon a written retainer agreement will be provided setting forth the charges for legal services and the client's responsibility for costs.

Individual Consultation

If you need advice about a legal problem, need a severance agreement reviewed, need help in going through the BOLI or EEOC complaint process or have questions about your legal rights, you can contact us for an individual consultation. Mr. Brischetto conducts individual consultations on an hourly basis.
